Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Alpha Lion Enterprises LLC ("we", "us"), 2035 W Monte Cristo Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85023, USA, collects on learn.thecreatorfunnel.com, the site of The Creator Funnel YouTube channel, why we collect it, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have. We are responsible for your information on this site.

What we collect

When you sign up for a free download (for example the Under-1K Product Picker):

• Your first name, your email address and, if you choose to give it, your last name.
• A record of your consent: the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, your IP address, your browser (user agent), the page you signed up on and how you found us (for example a tracking tag in the link, such as one from a video description, and the page you came from).
• Whether you confirmed your email address. We use double opt-in: you are only added to our list after you click the link in the confirmation email.

When you use your free downloads:

• When you open or download a product from My Products, and where you stopped reading if you read online, so you can pick up where you left off.

When you get our emails:

• Whether our emails were delivered, bounced or were marked as spam, so we stop sending to addresses that don't work. We do not track whether you open our emails or click their links.

When you contact us:

• Your name, email address and your message, through the contact form, so we can answer you.

When you visit the site:

• Basic technical information such as your IP address and browser, which our hosting, security and bot-check services use to keep the site working and safe.

We only ask for your first name, last name (optional) and email address. We do not ask for your postal address or phone number.

Purchases: nothing is sold on this site at the moment, so we don't collect payment or order details here. If we ever sell something on this site, payments will be handled by Stripe and we will update this policy before it goes on sale.

Why we use it

• To deliver what you asked for: confirm your sign-up, give you your free downloads and send you access links to My Products.
• To send you emails you agreed to: after you confirm your sign-up, Wren's emails with lessons, new videos, new free resources and news about The Creator Funnel platform. Every one has a one-click unsubscribe link.
• To answer your messages.
• To understand what works: for example which video or link brought you to the site.
• To keep the site safe and stop spam, fraud and misuse.
• To meet our legal obligations.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, our legal bases are: your consent (marketing emails); performing our agreement with you (delivering the free downloads you asked for); our legitimate interests (security, spam prevention, understanding which links work, answering messages); and legal obligations.

We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who helps us handle it

We share your information only with companies that help us run the site, and only for that purpose:

• The Creator Funnel, operated by Alpha Lion Enterprises LLC: hosting of this site, our email list and our help desk, on servers provided by Hostinger.
• Cloudflare: DNS, content delivery and protection for this site, the bot check on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile), and encrypted backups.
• Resend: sending our emails (confirmation emails, access links, Wren's emails and our replies to your messages).
• YouTube (Google): links to our YouTube channel, and our Videos page. Video pictures (thumbnails) on the Videos page load from YouTube's image servers. Videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode from youtube-nocookie.com and load only when you press play; from then on YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
• Stripe: only if we ever sell something on this site (see "Purchases" above). Nothing is processed by Stripe on this site today.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect people's safety or our rights, or if our business is sold or reorganised (with the same protections).

Cookies, analytics and advertising

• Essential cookies keep the site working: for example, to keep you signed in to My Products during your visit, to protect our forms, and to run the bot check. The site does not work properly without them.
• No analytics cookies: we do not use website analytics tools such as Google Analytics on this site. We count visits to our own tracking links (for example a link with ?src= from a video description) on our own servers, without cookies from other companies.
• No advertising pixels: we do not use advertising pixels (such as the Meta, Google Ads or TikTok pixels). If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Email list: while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address and the record of your unsubscribe so we never email you marketing by mistake again.
• Unconfirmed sign-ups: if you never click the confirmation link, we send at most one reminder and do not add you to the list.
• Consent records: for as long as you are a contact on our list, plus 5 years, so we can show what you agreed to.
• Messages to us: 3 years after the conversation is closed.
• Security logs: 12 months.
• Backups: copies in our encrypted backups are deleted within 30 days.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe at any time with one click from any of our emails.
• Ask us to show you, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you, through our contact form at learn.thecreatorfunnel.com/contact. We may need to confirm it is you, and we reply within 30 days. If we delete your data, you also lose access to your free downloads in My Products.
• Depending on where you live (for example California and other US states with privacy laws, or the EU or UK), you may have these rights by law, and the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We will not treat you differently for using them.

Where your information is stored

We are based in the United States, and the site is run from servers in our hosting provider's data centre in the United States. Our email provider, Resend, sends email from the United States. Our other service providers may handle your information in the United States and other countries. If you visit from outside the United States, your information will be transferred there. Where EU, UK or Swiss law requires a safeguard for transfers to our service providers, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

Security

We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted backups, strict access controls and security monitoring. Your access links to My Products work once and expire, and downloads only start from the site, never from a link in an email.

Children

This site is meant for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and you must be 18 or over to sign up. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

About Wren

Wren, the host of our videos and emails, is an AI character. She does not read or answer messages, and she does not see your information. Our replies to your messages come from the team behind The Creator Funnel.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version on this page applies from the date it is posted. If we make an important change, we may also tell you by email.
