These terms apply to learn.thecreatorfunnel.com (the "site"), the site of The Creator Funnel YouTube channel, which is operated by Alpha Lion Enterprises LLC, 2035 W Monte Cristo Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85023, USA ("we", "us", "our"). They cover your use of the site and every sign-up you make on it. By using the site or signing up, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer.

Please read the "Disputes and arbitration" section carefully. It says that most disputes will be decided by binding individual arbitration, not in court, and that you give up the right to take part in a class action. You can opt out within 30 days.

About this site and Wren

This site shares free lessons and resources for creators who want to build an email list and make their first digital product, whether they film themselves or use an AI host. It is made by The Creator Funnel, the creator platform the channel shows you, and it is run on that platform.

Wren, the host of our videos and emails, is an AI character created by Alpha Lion Enterprises LLC. She is not a real person, her image and voice are created with AI tools, and she does not read or answer messages. Please read our Disclaimer for more.

Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for anything on the site.

Free downloads and our email list

• When you sign up for a free download (such as the Under-1K Product Picker), you give us your first name, your email address and, if you like, your last name. We send you an email to confirm your address. Once you confirm, you get the free download and join our email list.
• By signing up you agree to receive emails from Wren at The Creator Funnel (sent from our own address on learn.thecreatorfunnel.com) with lessons, new videos, new free resources and news about The Creator Funnel platform, including its paid plans.
• That sending address does not receive email, so please don't reply to it. To reach us, use the contact form on this site. For questions about a video, the YouTube comments are the best place.
• Every email has an unsubscribe link. One click stops our emails.

Getting your downloads

• After you confirm your sign-up, your download is ready on the confirmation page and in your My Products page on this site. You can read it online or download it as a PDF.
• We never put download links in emails. Our emails link to your My Products page instead. Those links are for you only: each one works once and expires, and you can ask for a fresh one at any time on the site.
• Downloaded files are marked with the email address they were licensed to.

Your licence

When you receive a free download, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use it yourself, including filling it in and using it to plan your own channel and products. You may not:

• Resell, rent, publish or give away the download, or pass it off as your own.
• Upload it to file-sharing sites, courses, AI training sets or similar.
• Remove the name or email marking from it.

All content on the site, in our emails and in our downloads, including the Wren character, the text, images and designs, belongs to Alpha Lion Enterprises LLC or its licensors. The example stores in our videos and downloads are made up for illustration.

Paid products

Nothing is sold on this site at the moment. If we ever sell something here, its price, what you get and its refund terms will be shown on its page before you buy, and these terms will be updated first. Plans for The Creator Funnel platform are sold on thecreatorfunnel.com under that site's own terms.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• Use the site to send spam, or sign other people up without their permission.
• Try to break, overload or get around the site's security, or access other people's downloads or data.
• Use the site for anything illegal.

We may refuse service or block access to anyone who breaks these terms.

Content is educational

Our videos, emails and downloads are for general education about running a creator business. They are not professional, legal, tax or financial advice, and we do not promise any particular result, including any income. See our Disclaimer.

Other sites

The site links to other sites, such as YouTube and thecreatorfunnel.com. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites run by other companies.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

• The site and our downloads are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no other promises about them.
• To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim about free content is limited to US$50.
• Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited or excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date it is posted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration agreement below.

Disputes and arbitration

• Talk to us first. If you have a problem, please contact us through learn.thecreatorfunnel.com/contact. Before starting arbitration or a court claim, you and we agree to try to settle the dispute informally for 30 days after written notice.
• Binding individual arbitration. If it is not settled, any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court. The arbitration will be run by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration is Maricopa County, Arizona; hearings may be held by video or telephone instead if the arbitrator allows. Fees are paid as those rules provide. This means you and we each give up the right to go to court and have a jury decide the dispute, except for small claims.
• Small claims. Either side may instead bring an individual claim in a small claims court in Maricopa County, Arizona, or in the county where you live.
• No class actions. You and we may bring claims only individually, not as part of any class, consolidated or representative action.
• Opting out. You can opt out of arbitration by telling us in writing within 30 days of your first sign-up, through our contact form or by post to the address below. Include your name, the email address you used, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration.
• Courts. Any dispute that is not arbitrated (including if you opt out, or if the arbitration agreement or the class-action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim) will be heard in the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.
• Your local rights. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, nothing here takes away the protection of mandatory consumer laws of your country, including any right to bring a claim in your local courts.
